If you’re hoping to connect with GCs to request that they provide specific feedback, then this subreddit may not be the best platform. If I had to guess, I believe the feedback in your post has been shared in some shape or from - Rachybop posted a vid about her 2019 wishlist awhile back and it discussed some sort of change for veteran players who have already reached max level.
